What this says is that node has 781000~ cpuunits available with the processors which it has there. What your host should do, is figure out how many VPSs your host is planning to run on the server, for example in such a case with 800000 cpuunits it would be acceptable to run certain number of VPSs with 5000, and other higher plans with 7500 or 10000 cpuunits.
